Because we build and operate systems, our advice is grounded in production reality rather than theory, and we hold no reseller or platform incentive that skews a recommendation. When an engagement points to a build, we are transparent about our interest and are equally willing to recommend a vendor product, a different partner, or that you do nothing at all.
Can you review an architecture or vendor proposal we already have?
Yes, this is one of our most common engagements. We assess the proposal or existing system against your requirements and constraints, identify risks around scalability, security, cost and maintainability, and report findings in language both engineers and executives can act on. You get a clear, prioritised view of what is sound and what needs attention before you commit.
Do you offer ongoing or fractional advisory rather than a one-off report?
Yes. Alongside fixed-scope reviews we provide embedded or fractional senior expertise, for example a part-time architect or principal engineer to steer a critical initiative over several months. This suits organisations that need senior guidance and mentoring but do not have the volume of work, or the ability to hire, for a full-time role.
